The other day I made an account in ricardo.ch to buy a book. I bought it, and as far as I know has been sent already to me (did not arrive yet). Then, this afternoon I received this email....What this means? What code they send? My address is correct and I do not understand. Can you help me?

They note that the activation code that they sent to you by postal service has been returned (incorrect address?), therefore they have blocked your account for now as per their T&C.

You ought to send them the correct address, so they can re-send the code to you to validate the account.

Is your name on your mailbox and does it match what you gave ricardo? don't know why it would be returned otherwise

I see...it can be because I put my office address. But still, I included in the address the company name. They should be able to deliver there. Everyone get stuff in the office.
I will contact ricardo customer service with my home address.
