LSF - French sign language (in Lausanne?)

Does anyone have contact with the deaf community in or around Lausanne? I am a BSL signer and am wondering if I could understand any LSF. I did some volunteering in the UK, it would be nice to do some in Switzerland if I can understand what is being said!
