The English Library in Vevey is your best bet. In the center of Vevey, just about opposite the St. Antoine shopping Center. Most Anglophones from Nestlé go there. Great people too.

Payot does have a small English section and they can order any book for you, but, it’s expensive and slow. If you’d rather buy your books, and you speak German, www.amazon.de deliver free to Switzerland, for purchases of 50 Euros and under, otherwise you have to pay customs.
