Anyone in Basel would like to learn or improve his/her Chinese(Mandarin), and want to help me improve French or German?

I am from China, and work here. I speak English, and a little French. Since I will stay here for a long time (at least for several years), I would like to improve my French and learn German to make life easier.

I would also like to make some friends with English speakers here in Basel.
