Swiss german translation help !

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to figure out what this text message exactly means in swiss german but was not able to find a full and correct translation. Could someone help me out ?

"Juhui geil Nei echt es goht mir nid guet jetzt weisch wüssed jetzt goht er wieder"

Yippee,great! No really, I am not doing so well, now you know, you all know, he is OK now.

That last part doesn't really make sense, hard to translate out of context.

The last part does most probably translate into "he's leaving again" or "it works again".

Yes, weird, no punctuation.

i think it means: yeah im great, nooot, knowing that he is leaving/has to leave now(again).
