German books: recommendation please

I just started a German course and I need to get an English-German dictionary. Any idea where I can get one in Baden/ Zurich?

I also want to get a conjugation book - like Bescherelles for French. As much as I hated that book when I was a kid, I have to say it's a godsend. What is the equivalent for German?

Many thanks in advance.

CM

How about at the English Orell Füssli on Bahnhofstrasse?

Failing that, the main Orell Füsli on Füsslistrasse has a big language learning section on one of the upper floors. The staff there are also very friendly and I'm sure they would be more than happy to advise you.

I've got multiples of all sorts, and conjugations ("500 German verbs") and everything else in between. Only thing missing is a willing student

I'll ask JR to take to DJ. You can borrow as long as you like - pricewise I woukd source your own copies on next journey north or order on Amazon to someone coming from UK.

Thanks Tasebo! I'll gladly accept your loan .

I'll get my sister to bring me a copy from the UK when she is next in CH.

Danke,
