Want to Learn German

I am A2 level German but to get a job here I have been advised that I need to be B2 level as a min. Apart from that I am lucky as I have a strong CV. I am happy to learn German and I try to speak it everyday so its fun.

I did my A1 level intensive and my A2 two times per week. I felt I leant more from the intensive and it was quicker. I found the A2 slow as didn't remember as much. I found the school excellent however it was CHF 1800 per month. For one month that isn't so bad but for 2-3 months that is alot. Any tips recommendations advise??
Thanks
G

Re: Want to Learn German

Hi! Try Flying teachers (https://www.flyingteachers.ch/)!
They offer intensive courses (you can complete one whole level in two months) or semi-intensive courses (2 evenings per week). And plus the tuition is pretty decent: 490CHF for a month of intensive (every day) or 690CHF for semi-intensive for ~2 months!

Good luck!

Re: Want to Learn German

The way how I have done it is: a/ intensive lessons in the morning through Berlitz (but I was without job for 3 months so that helps) b/ downloaded Rosetta stone to practise c/ watched German TV - reality TVs show called "Familien in Brennpunkt" regularly d/ meet up every Tuesday in the Starbucks in Central Station at 7pm-9pm with German moderators and other people willing to talk German to learn - organised through the organisation meetup.com .

Hope that helps .

Try AlphaSparchStudio in Stadelhofen, Zurich. It is one of the good language schools in Zurich. At least my experience was good. However it is not very cheap.
