[German] Two sentences spoken by a Swiss lady

Hello,

A lady I know, who lived in CH about 20 years, recently sent me a brief note with two sentences, the gist of which I cannot make out:
  1. [Greeting] Also Gonzus... du bist ein ganz lieb man.....
  2. [Farewell] Liebi Grüsse,... zu wieder luege ¡¡¡
It is entirely possible there are misspellings here, her native language is Spanish (and my German is pretty much non-existent). Can anybody provide a nuanced translation?

Thanks and regards.

Great, thanks to both of you, especially for the "nuances".
