Looking for German study partner in Gossau SG

Hi all

I have recently finished the 4 week intensive at Migrosschule in SG and instead of opting to take the next level, I decided that I am going to learn by myself, mainly because of the costs involved.

My girlfriend is working all day and i hate picking her brains after she has had a long day at work.

Im now looking for someone that is also trying to study German and has time on their hands through the day.

I have plenty of learning resources available to me so we can study at mine over coffee or whatever.

Trying to learn by yourself is definately no fun at all so for anyone out there sat by themselves trying to figure out the die's, der's and what nots on their own, send me a message and maybe we can start enjoying our learning experience more!

Re: Looking for German study partner in Gossau SG

I hope you do not mind me saying but what you're proposing might not be a good idea as you are going learn each other's mistakes and you really need to learn from a native speaker/teacher.. it will also be hard to find someone on the exact same level and so one of you then leans on the other. A far better idea would be to study on your own and then organise a conversation swap with a german speaker learning English that way your pronunciation stays on track and both of you benefit equally.

Nice tip but even though it might not be the best of ideas, im incredibly bored through the day and learning on my own is no fun at all, im not saying I want to study every day with someone but a few hours a week would break the monotonousy
