Are you sure you want to share your end-users' info with them anyway? This being Switzerland, I would consider it a matter of policy to respect the privacy of customers' details. If you want to go that route, a simple response to use might be something like:

"Regarding your inquiry about our customer's names and addresses, I'm sorry to say that as a matter of policy both to respect their privacy and to minimize risk of exposure to the competition we don't share our customers' private info. We hope this meets with your understanding."

Many thanks for your answers.

Actually, we don't have any other choices than giving them the end-users so that we can legally meet their "medical device regulations on servicing and maintenance of the equipment". We don't have any problem sharing these infos with the manufacturer. Basically we would like them to keep these infos only for themselves.

We regularly share such infos with another manufacturer, but with this one there is no other distributor (competitor) in our area.
