I am a 25 year old guy from Oxford in England and came to Bern 4 months ago. I have a connection to Switzerland as both my girlfriend and mother are Swiss, but I never learnt German. I am starting a new job in March which requires German, or at least the ability to understand spoken German and to read newspaper articles. I'm looking for someone who is also beginner-intermediate level to practice German with, or a native German speaking who wants to exchange for English. Im also looking to practice Spanish in exchange for English. I lived in a Spanish-speaking country for two years and spoke good Spanish - its now rusty after a year or two without practice.
