hello all...

i am new in switzerland (aarau). my german is very basic, and am really trying to improve it. am looking for anyone, o any social group or gathering in or near aarau, to socialize and practice my german.
i speak spanish and english very well, and wouldnt mind helping others with any of those.

any help is much appriciated, thanks all...

I just joined this site. I am in the same situation. I recently moved to the Aarau area b/c my new husband works here. I studied German (3 univeristy semesters) many years ago but have forgotten much of it. I have been taking a German class at Inlingua in Olten but is about to end (and it is very expensive). I am looking for ideas and other people to study German with...at a school or informally. I am from the US but have also studied some Spanish and Italian in the past. I am also looking for new friends here...would like to get to know the social side of Switzerland.
