being a native speaker does not make you a good teacher. What teaching experience do you have?

Hello,
are you still interested ?

I'm an Italian teacher moving in ZRH at the end of the month since my husband has been relocated here.

I can offer you one-to-one classes / lessons

Let me know with a private msg if you are interested
Thanks,

I have attended the AlphasprachStudio for German...and appreciated the teaching method. It may be worth a call. Good luck

Re: [ITALIAN] Need Italian classes in Zurich

[bump]

This is an old thread, but I'll revive it because this is what I need...

I will have a visitor staying with me in Zurich, potentially for 2-3 months. That visitor is thinking about doing something smart with their time here while I'm at work, and that something is learning Italian (needs to prepare for CELI/CILS test, has previous knowledge of Italian & partial education in Italian).

I'm looking for two possible things:

1) an intensive Italian course which is not terribly expensive, taught by native speakers. I found courses for 800-900 CHF at the fancy language schools, but this is too expensive for my visitor. I found courses for 500 CHF at the Italian cultural centre, and 600 CHF at Migros Klubschule recommended above, but they last too long - the Migros ones take half a year almost, and the Italian cultural centre one about 4.5 months - my visitor can only stay up to 3 months without requiring a visa, and I'd like to avoid that hassle.

Is there any possibility to find in Zurich an intensive Italian course, that finishes in under 3 months, and costs ~500 CHF?

2) any qualified Italian teachers willing to give private lessons? Like poster sassanomi (Francesca) above? If yes please post here or contact me by private message.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Re: [ITALIAN] Need Italian classes in Zurich

hi,
looking for a private Italian teacher for 1-1.5hr class per week in Zurich or Zug. Don't mind if no teaching experience as long as a native speaker.

Would appreciate any suggestions/referrals.

Gintare
