If you have an account with Zürcher Kantonal Bank, make sure you close your account before you leave. They are charging 60 CHF per quater for peple domicile outside of Switzerland!! Because they need the money to generate some report.

I guess changing the address to a friend´s in Switzerland would avoid the fee..but I don´t know any other implications.

UBS is doing pretty the same thing (was it 30CHF/month?) if account balance is under a given threshold. And changing the address will not be that easy - unless of course you can provide the attestation from Cantonal's population office...
