Ah. Paper moon said Az driver's license or state Id. There are people who cannot or do not drive and they still can get a state photo ID, usually from the Motor vehicles dept, showing they are a state resident but not a driver. A US passport isn't good enough to prove state residence.

As for Pto, with old systems you could always take vacation if you needed sick time. Pto simplifies accounting.. There were a few holidays i chose to work and use as vacation later. Easy to do in a hospital. Some people are fine with PTO and others not. Not always a matter of discipline. But I have seen employees get screwed with PTO systems. In general US employment doesn't have sufficient time off built into systems.

Switzwerland or US? For me, being promoted to one of our sister companies in the US is my recurring nightmare and I really hope this never happens.
