I just went to the doctor, but I will be leaving CH in 2 weeks. I have to cancel my insurance, but I will have already left by the time the bill is sent, paid, and filed to my insurance. I normally would be reimbursed for this procedure (in a month's time), but I won't be here. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?

As long as you've had your treatment whilst still with the insurer it does not matter if you have left them after that or not. You will be able to claim your expenses back (as per your contract). Think of the many people who change their health insurer as of January.

Ah, good point. I guess it was more a question of whether anyone has encountered trouble or more hassle for doing this. I remember the hassles of the US system for car insurance claims... it was painful. Wondering along those lines.
