I'm British & have returned to the UK. The challenge is who do you contact with your permit C number & start the process off. Really appreciate all the help here - thanks,

It depends on your country of citizenship and on where you are going. It may also depend on the structure of your pension.

For me, I can withdraw approx 2/3 of my pension, but the other 1/3 needs to stay in the pension fund in CH until I retire.

It may also help to speak to a tax advisor, as the withdrawal will be taxed at source (though taxes in CH are low).

I don't believe it's anything to to with the passports you hold, just the law of your new country of residence.

Once you have left, the pension is taxed in the canton where the fund is held, depending on the size of the fund it may be worth moving the fund before withdrawal. Be aware that there could be tax implications in your new country when receiving a capital payment from a pension scheme.
