Avs, 2eme pillier and car leasing

Hello!!

We're leaving Switzerland in a couple of months to UK. We aren't EU citizens.

Do you know how give back car leasing works? Our leasing is 48 months and we already paid 26 months.

Do you know any link about how we can take our AVS and 2eme pillier?

Thank you...

You will likely have a severe penalty on the leasing.
2nd pillar depends on where your going in the EU, you might be able to take it as cash. This has been asked many times so searching the forum will help

If you move from CH to UK isn't it considered still EU so you don't get cash?

Or is this because they are not EU citizens?

Read what the rules are, look carefully at the wording & understand what is actually written. When I was at school it was called comprehension.

Then look at the link I provided.

You could also look at a thread I started recently .Leaving to live in the EU & cashing in a Swiss Pension

Talking about school, might want to go back and learn some manners too.

Re: Avs, 2eme pillier and car leasing

you will have to pay all remaining installments and expect a leasing penalty of a few thousand CHF.
Have you looked into transferring the lease to a new owner?
