Moving, flat cleaner

Hi All,

I'm moving out of my flat and would like to have it professionally cleaned (i.e., so that I can salvage some of my deposit). Can someone recommend a professional cleaner in Enge, Zürich? About how much should it cost? I have a 1-room flat, about 33 sqr meters.

Thanks,

I think best would be to hire prefessional company taking care of such things like conretly moving out cleaning as generally I have always heard that they are much faster and efficient knowing the drill. Mostly rates depend also on the city, but here you must count around 30/35 chf per hour.

Good luck!

Not sure about the cost, but it looks like a lot of people have used Züriclean with good results and reasonable prices.

I am working with diamondcleaning at this point, excellent response and reasonable price. Has a lot of good references too. Too early to say if the whole process will go off perfectly (expected to close in late june)

I've heard diamondcleaning a lot here. Do you need to book them very much in advance?

I did around a month in advance, think it's also the time of the year. Understand June tends to be busy for them.

Re: Moving, flat cleaner

Talk to your landlord if he maybe knows a company. Our landlord offered us to hire a cleaning company by himself. We can stay in the flat till the last day of rent, hand over the flat at the last day to him and the cleaning company will come afterwards. The cost is 700 CHF for 70 m², which I think is a good offer.

Mopsik Zuriclean should also do Dietikon.

Has anyone been through the whole process with Diamonds cleaning? they have been recommended to me by 1 friend, but Zuriclean seem to have more recommendations.

We used Diamond cleaning, very good, quartered the hand over. Definitely would use them again.

do you think 700CHF is a good offer for cleaning a (2.5, 3.5?) flat? I might be wrong again with my price calibration...

Re: Moving, flat cleaner

If you call one of these cleaning agency they charge per room, and for a 1 bedroom apartment it shoulf be 400-500 CHF tops. There are several very professional and they leave you also a certificate, and if the real estate agency is not happy with the cleaning they will do that again at no charge.
