I returned to India urgently (didn't get time for deregistration) because of family urgency. I have to stay with my family and can't go back swiss soon. How do I deregister from India?

Many areas let you deregister via the web - I was able to deregister from Basel online. Take a look at where you last lived in Switzerland on their website, you may also be able to do so.

I didn't live in Baden, so I don't have the Baden URL.

I guess the best thing for you to do is call them.

May be giving a call to Swiss Embassy/Consulate could also be useful.

Why not write to your last "Anmeldestelle, zum Handen von Baden Gemeinde", and send them your Permit explaining your situation?

Have you left your job? Given up your apartment? Do you have no intention of returning at all? If you intend to return, stay registered. It's no different to being on an extended business trip.

If you still have a job, you should ask your employer for some assistance. If your employer has cancelled your work permit, or informed the authorities that you no longer work here, then you have other issues.
