guys i came to Switzerland around 2 weeks ago as student , but now i would leave this place to Poland ,
i applied for resident permit but it s not ready still , also i register my name on population control .
my home contract is paid by each month which i m planing to put some one else instead my self which get my home contract .

so i wanted to know before leaving what should i do exactly , my visa is D visa and is written only valid for Swiss , but i found it out by new rule which they put on april 10 , ppl with this D visa they can travel to other shengen states.

so i want to go from here to Poland and do my university there , is this possible to move directly from here to Poland without getting another visa!

Boy, you do have a lot of questions, don't you? You have already posted the permit questions in the Visa section, so no need to re-post them there.

In terms of the Polish visa questions, suggest you contact the consulate.

And what to do before leaving: Hmmm, turn of the lights, empty the fridge and lock the door !!!!

A while ago i was tinkering with almost the same situation as yours.

From what I understand, in your situation, you have the following choices:
1. return to your home country and apply for Poland visa
2. wait for your residence permit


I am no expert, thus I stand corrected and suggest that you contact the authorities.
