Hi, I was looking for corn meal in Switzerland, and came across a thread where you recommended buying polenta. From your post, i figured that you might have a good cornbread recipe! (saw that you are from SF...i just got back from living and working in SF, in north beach) if you do have a good recipe, could you pls share it with me?
