Great to hear from you, thanks for your kind offer - much appreciated! Real shame you are in Vevey and me in Zürich as I really could do with some professional help.
I don't seem to be able to keep my motivation high and commit to a regular exercise schedule. Work & social life really gets in the way.
I checked out your website - looks really good - how is the business going?
I would like to ask you the same question I posted i.e. what sort of time period should I aim for to double my running distance (from 6k to 2k) if I'm doing 3 to 4 runs per week?
