The Swiss Chancellery has just put English translations online of the:

Swiss Civil Code (deals with issues such as family law, marriages, names, property, etc.)
Swiss Code of Obligations (deals with stuff like contracts, employment law, company law, rent, etc.)
Swiss Penal Code (deals with the criminal law stuff).

The Swiss Constitution has been online for some time.

But remember only German, French and Italian are the official languages. The English translation is for convenience only.

There are also translations of various other laws and ordinances (see whole list) but somehow I do not expect that much interest on the Ordinance on Beverage Containers.

No, but if you run one of those through a translation program you might get a rough idea of how things stand here. Are you looking for some particular point of Swiss copyright law?

I'd like to ask about all Articles of Copyright Act which might relate to Software Development.

As far as I know source code and program object files are subject of Copyright law, which is defined in "Copyright Act" - am I right?

Assuming it is possible to detach Design of program, algorithm from program itself (isn't it ? - please correct me if I am wrong) - then I am interested in Design&Inventions related law, as well.

Thank you, but they told me there is no official (or made by authorities) English translation of "Copyright Act". (There are translations, but other legislations , available at http://www.admin.ch/ch/e/rs/rs.html ). That's why I am looking for unofficial one.
