Brown Paper Bags

Hey there

I appreciate this is a bit strange but has anyone seen a place in Zurich to purchase brown paper bags about the size of sandwich bags?
I've tried in the bigger Migros and Coop here but can only find the plastic ones...

Any ideas?

Cheers

Brian

Re: Brown Paper Bags

Will this do? Think you need to buy a bundle of 100 or so @CHF 25-excl. tax, from what I can make out...

Tin foil or cellophane should keep your sarnies just as fresh

Hi there,

you should be able to find these in the Migros beside the tin foil and plastic wraps, look for a little cardboard box called "tangan No.20, sandwichbeutel (these are white , not brown), I use them for the kids "Znuni's" or play lunch as we always called it.

Failing that, you can always buy a roll of the same brand, lunch wrap paper. The little bags are handiest tho.

If you are going along the eco route, you may be interested in their baking sheet. Only costs about 5.- . It's a silicone coated plastic baking sheet which I find really convenient, as I can slide the sheet out really easily, from any baked goods, as well as that it only really needs a bit of a wipe over after each use.

Hth

Re: Brown Paper Bags

Hi Brian,

So you are after brown paper bags! Well I am too, for different reasons though, I need them for my playgroup craft class!

I have been told you can get them from art and craft shops!! If I find any I'll PM you! Good luck in your quest!
