I need to properly line a sports field this weekend. However, my French isn't great, and all my searching online hasn't helped a lot. Does anyone know where in Vaud / Geneva I can buy equipment to mark a sports field? I believe in french I need to buy an "aerosol de tracage", but tried Migro Brico and could only find the refills, not the actual machine....any ideas?

Hi, are we talking professional marking or amateur club level? I work with a UK linemarking company (Fleet), but it might be a push to sort something out for this weekend. There are one or two of our laser-guided machines (see here) in CH, but I'm not sure if I could get one to you in time. Please let me know how desperate you are and whether you have any kind of budget to cover shipping etc.

Do you have a local village football ground or club?
If, yes, then they need to mark out their pitch(s), somehow - ask them - details from your commune (or their website).

Usually at this level, it's a push-along trolley-thingey with a paint container (probably bio-degradable) and a metal painting wheel transferring paint from the container to the ground, following a tensioned string line.

Moderately desperate. We do have a budget, but this is for a very strictly amateur event. I wouldn't mind collecting something, and we are of course happy to pay for hire, if there is something reasonably close!
