I made a thorough search on the forum, and a quick search on the web.

I seek further information on "Online Donations": alternatives to paypal in Switzerland.

I found an old topic about English Forum "you can either make a donation via paypal in USD via your credit card or paypal account or bank transfer in CHF to my local account".

Is there any alternative? I want to post some important information for free but leave the beneficiaries the chance to contribute.

PS: I really want to avoid paypal for their actions toward Wikileaks; for the numerous reports on paypal behavior, and from friend's comments on paypal:
I saw how their "customer service" is and how they deal with their customers. No thanks.

So it does not seems to have any alternatives. I found lot and lot of negatives review about Paypal, but no alternatives as regards to receiving online donations...

I have no idea about how it works, what it takes to set up or anything BUT I have ordered things online this spring and among the payment methods available were "WorldPay" and "Ogone". Perhaps one of those would be suitable for your needs.
