In Fribourg for furniture and general bric a brac you have Coup d'Pouce (leaving Fribourg direction Tafers), Emmaus(route de la pisciculture) or HIOB at Givisiez.
Clothes: Zigzag (Boulevard de Perolles).
These are the main places in Fribourg but there are also other smaller places.

I found a brilliant place called something cavern behind and up a side street next to the cathedral in Fribourg. I got a pair of skates never been worn for 15CHF. And the shopkeeper was really sweet too!

Hiob-international. route d`Englisberg 8. 1763 granges-Paccot. (also a liquidation shop(Radikal) next door. Well worth a look.
Emmaüs. rute de la Pisculture 6c. 1700 Fribourg.
The SG word is Brockenladen, means second hand.
