As for experience in permanent hair removal, I have none, sorry, but I'd just like to add that one of my ex's friends (who was a doctor) just LOVED hairy women...the hairier the better, even bearded!! LMAO!!! As they say,"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"....
I like hair on my man, not on me.

Re: Permanent hair removal

I have been doing the IPL treatment at Carelite (Zurich) and will have my third session next week. So far, so good, I can already notice that the amount of hair has dicreased. But every place says that you need at least 6 sessions to have a good result.

And it is not completely painless!!!! You do feel pain in certain areas!!!

Re: Permanent hair removal

I'm soon having my third IPL session and I'm very very happy with the results so far. It's difficult to estimate but I think about 60% of the hair has gone. Yay!

It's not totally painless though. They increase the light intensity on the second treatment and it really hurts in some places. The skin feels a bit tight afterwards but not irritated and is back to normal the next day with the help of a good lotion.

Re: Permanent hair removal

I'm thinking about doing IPL but I'm kind of scared of my skin burning or something like that so I want to do it with a certified doctor and not just anybody.. Any recommendations?
