Assistance needed ( Scam recruiter / job )

Hi. could anyone please advise if they have heard of the company Tax Colandia Oil & Gas. I have a family member who has been offered a job through Teman Intl recruitment Professionals. The job is to be based in Geneva, but I cannot find a website for the company or the recruitment agency. Is this a scam?

From what I have found so far, this is a scam
http://whocallsme.com/ Check out this site, they have other cases that sound very similar to yours and they have concluded it is a scam.

Stay away. The so-called recruitment company operates on a well known scammer domain of teman.zikri.com
