microspot.ch not responding? bankruptcy?

I paid for a product online in microspot.ch shop, but they are not responding to my mails, also they are not picking up the phone. I've tried like 10 times in last few days, and it always says in german, that everybody is busy and i should try later or their email address.

I have sent 4 emails durning last 2 weeks and no response...

Should i be worried? I of course always call betwen 9-11 or 14-16 http://www.microspot.ch/microspot/__...age/detail.jsf

but still no luck. I also sent them email in german, not only in english, so this is also not it... anybody else having same problem? do you know what to do if they went bankrupt ?

I once bought from them and had the same problem. They just don't respond until you write in German and until you demand your money back with written confirmation thereof. The following got their attention for me...

Microspot is owned by COOP so no issues with their solvency. However I do find them to be nothing more than box shifters, good prices but woeful customer support. The other thing to note is that they do sell grey imports. I bought a Cinema Surround Sound system from them which had been imported from Austria, which only became a problem when LG Switzerland refused to service it

thank you, i will send them that too,

i also tried to contact them in german, but it was poor german...

Anyway, this doesn't explain why their phone line disconnects people all the time for at least 3 days in a row... When you choose your topic of discussion on 0848 77 11 77 , they just say that everybody is busy (all the time, for 3 days in a row?!) and i should call later, and it disconnects me...

Digitec are a bunch of grey importers too...

I always pay with credit card. The contract for goods is then between the 3 of us (me, vendor, CC company). I've managed non-performing merchants with the dispute process (only happened once after the promise of 2-3 day delivery followed by 30 days of "runaround" which I documented and shared with the CC company.
