Can I send personal messages on ricardo?

I want to contact a user that asked me a question, but I can't seem to find the option to send him a message. Can I even do it?

You should have gotten an e.mail with the potential buyer's question/message. I think your reply should be a direct response to that e mail, or there should be a link in that e'mail. Hope this helps.

Yep, there's a link, except I already answered the question and can't reanswer it or add to it :/

Sorry Andrydood! I guess I'm stumped. I never was in exactly this situation, thus I didn't know that the link is for one use only. I guess you will have to wait until the person contacts you again. Good luck with that!
