debit card: where can I find one?

hello,
I'm looking for a debit- visa card for online shopping.
Does anyone know where I can get it here in CH?

To be clear: it should work as a visa, and thus accepted +/- worldwide, but you should be able to "load" it with money from your konto, or from an automat, or in some (possibly cheap) way.
When it's empty, either you stop shopping of recharge it.

If relevant, I've got a bank account by postfinance.

Thanks a lot
AC

SBB has a prepaid card for 30 CHF/year http://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and...visa-card.html

Post Finance has one for 50 CHF/year https://www.postfinance.ch/en/priv/p...lue/offer.html (there are some bonuses that might make the higher price worth it)

Eh? What's a "second hand bank" when it's at home?

Re: debit card: where can I find one?

First hand banks are Big banks that the other banks take credit from them. second hand are those banks who are less bigger and offer a lot of services. third hand banks are small and specialized for some kind of services. I am not an expert of banking. but this information i have based on my life experiences. I'm sorry if i want not completely correct.
