| | | any recommendations for botox in Zurich or surrounds?
I have been doing this once/twice a year in the UK but really need to find a recommended practioner in Zurich or surrounding regions. Too many times I see botox offered as an add-on service in a beauty salon or haridressers. This cannot be right!

can I just ask,
is this for vanity reasons? if so, why would you even consider having this poison injected into you?
don't take this the wrong way, I genuinely would like to know

why don't you stop one of those frighteningly deformed old ladies looking like they've just stepped out of one the many botox shops around bahnhofsstrasse and ask them?
sorry, I just couldn't resist, zurich must be botox and silicon paradise - it shouldn't be difficult to find all sorts of offers, at all levels and for all prices.
the effect will always be the same, though | | The following 5 users would like to thank venice for this useful post: | | | The following 3 users groan at venice for this post:

I'd like to know why you think it 'cannot be right' to do this at a beauty salon, but clearly don't think there's anything wrong with the idea in principle, otherwise you'd not be having it done yourself (and twice a year?).
If you think the procedure itself is acceptable, why shouldn't it be done by anyone who's been properly trained?

when it will be my turn, I'll be sure to have the job "made in switzerland", no cheap imitations for me thanks | | This user would like to thank venice for this useful post: | | | This user groans at venice for this post:

Dunno why you groan Nil, it wasn't so many years ago people used arsenic for makeup, now you wouldn't dream of using it, and for me botox is in the same category, its a by product of something that kills you, what it does really cannot be good for a person in the long term, and I cannot understand why anyone would voluntarily use it.

I myself tend to be critical and really shocked when I see the bad results in women and men who had it done, but who knows what the future will bring... maybe one day I'll be be saving for that instead of for shoes | | This user would like to thank venice for this useful post:

People only notice the bad results. I know quite a lot of people who get Botox and they look super. You'd never know they've had anything done.

This is a classic case of people on this forum giving their opinions and being generally annoying when the post is simply asking for specific advice.

I've always thought that Wetzikon would look good with a bit of filler and its laughter line removed ....
So I will recommend Wetzikon and the Oberland for some botox

When i see "recommendations for botox", my answer would be "I recommend you don't do it".
Then again, it's entirely up to you whether you want the toxin from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum injected into your head.
