Online shopping with tutti.ch?

Hello,
I've recently been browsing for various bits and pieces for the apartment and came across this website.

www.tutti.ch

it seems like a pretty good peer to peer sales website, much like my favourite one in france; leboncoin.fr which I used quite a lot. Which operated on the principal that you meet the seller in person inspect the goods and then hand over the cash.

Has anyone had any experiences with the site good or bad that they would like to share?

I found this negative one already, but was hoping for some more positive ones.

just im not too keen with the bidding system on Ricardo.ch

Cess

Re: Online shopping with tutti.ch?

Used it once and positive. We bought a plastic house for our boy to play in the garden with. I think with all these it is 95% plus good people just wanting to sell & buy (with the sellers looking for the highest price and the buyers looking for the lowest) and a few bad apples.

As always 'caveat emptor' or buyer beware. We paid cash & picked up the goods, so was probably the safest type of transaction - see goods, hand over money.

Good luck. They have some decent stuff there (as well as tat!). Only thing I think I found annoying was you have to search by canton and can't do a nationwide search. Could be me though.

Ahh, the by canton search is one of my favourite features as i dont have a car so can't pick stuff up from far away.

nice to hear some good reports though

Re: Online shopping with tutti.ch?

I've never bought anything there but do check there often. I find over the years, people are using it less and less so it seems hard to find anything I'm looking for. We use Ricardo in most cases. I saw an ad on youtube for http://www.anibis.ch/ ... no idea if it is good or not, but looks like a similar concept to tutti... good luck
