Hi this is a general question let me describe the situation.

We have visitors arriving in during February 11-18 who will be skiing with us in Austria. They don't have a car is the main point and we are short on room for 3 people.

After having looked at a taxi option the answer is "nein danke" 470Euro Does anyone in the Winterthur/Zurich area have a car to loan or know of someone who could provide a lift to Schruns Austria or even to Bregenz area. An arrangement for reimbursement can be agreed.

As a backup plan we will have 3 people go be train which is not drastic as a combination of adult, gratis and kinderkarte keeps the cost reasonable

More of a general question to see if there is anyone who may be able to help.

all the rental agencies have people carriers

I'd say much better they rent a car. Borrowing a car unless from a very good friend could lead to so much trouble imho. Just not worth it. Or they go by train, even better.

Should have also included here that looked into rentals they are not worth it when you park the car for 5 days.

Likely they will go by train or at least those that don't fit in our car.
