1) Take one blank envelope and affix stamp;
2) Put this in photocopier;
3) Load sheet-feeder with more blank envelopes;
4) Select 99 copies and press "COPY".

N.B. although colour printer ink is more expensive than black, and may use more, in this instance it may be worth it.
