I once watched a video on swissinfo.ch about small bussiness, that was forwarding packages from germany

it worked that you ordered something to their german address, went there took the item and paid some small fee, they had shop near the border

i cannot find it anywhere online though, do you know anything like that ? I live in Zurich, so probably something nearest to the German border from zurich would be great
