Well, in the end I managed to flick through and found the combination...
I had emailed Rimowa and they came back with the following:

| Unfortunately there is no master key or something like that for our locks.
You have more or less 3 opportunities to open your suitcase.
The first opportunity sounds a little bit hard but in the most times it is the fastest and easiest way, you can try all 999 combination. It takes normally about 20 minutes to open the suitcase.
The second opportunity is to contact one of our retailers or one of our repair shops some of them have special tools to open a locked suitcase, a list of them you can find on our website: http://www.rimowa.de/haendlersuche/.
The third opportunity is to bend up the zipper like in the attached guideline, if you do that we will replace the zippers and the lock in one of our repair shops: http://www.rimowa.de/repair/ | |
