Bleach (for cleaning and laundry) and peroxide (for hair) are controlled substances in Switzerland, as are weed-killers like Round-Up. (They don't want it in the ground water, which eventually makes its way into the grass and, therefore, into the bellies of the cows and goats and sheep and, inevitably, into the cheese.)
For hair, if you are going to do it at home, you will have to be content with boxed hair dye.
For cleaning and laundry, look for bottles of Javel in the cleaning aisles of the supermarkets. It is bleach but it is really watered down.
You can try to smuggle it next time you go back to your home country, but you will probably be caught as I was the one and only time I tried it with a bottle of Clorox.
