Hi All!

I was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend a good dogsitter in or around the Bern area. My German and French are far from good, so a dogsitter that speaks English is preferable.

Thanks - I will do another search for 'dogsitters' to see if I have missed anything. I am actually looking for a dogsitter, unless someone can recommend a very progressive (?) kennel where the animals aren't put in cages all day.

I heard of a pro dogsitter who costs 250 francs a day. Lives at your house for the duration.

There are quite a lot of out-of-town kennels which allow the dogs to mix and socialise during the day.......I don't know of any in your area but am happy to bump the thread to the top of the forum

I would be happy to occasionally dog sit for people in Bern. I am a PhD student at UniBern, and I miss having a dog so much but as a student I know I can't provide the full time love and attention they need. I have had a dog (or dogs) all my life up until university, and I worked part time in a veterinarian's office for three years. Rates negotiable, make an offer!
