Does anyone know where I could purchase Victorian, Steam Punk, Gothic inspired clothing...

I am in St Gallen but I "heard" there were places in Zurich...? Just asking if anybody has experience with a particular store, vendor...?

there aren't many left really. booster in niederdorf used to be great, but is pretty boring these days ... sometimes soho or jamarico have some stuff not not that great anymore either.

Thanks mono....i have been getting things made and shipped from the US. I kno a really great designer...it's a bummer tho...i mena not having a good store with unique items...

i don't really care for the pseudo goth cheap clothes like Hot Topic stuff..it's a dime a dozen.

I've been looking too. For the most part I've ended up getting corsets and stuff like that in a few shops in the red light district in zurich and then trying to add from my clothing collecting to make the outfit less suckysucky 5dallah. Theres a shop in the limmelquai (well i think thats what its called) that do some accessories and stuff but the majority of their stuff is quite emoish.

There are some shops called Soho that are good for boots. I'm yet to find a proper shop but with mixing bits from each shop i'm coping...just about. Desperate times have some what lowered my standards. But for proper things I end up ordering them online.

If you managed to find anywhere in Zurich or St.G please PLEASE let me know. And if I manage to find anywhere i'll pass it on. Yes I know, I'm a big friendly pile of no help

hi, don't know if this helps, but there's a shop in bern called gothica which is pretty good. they have very unique stuff. otherwise try the EMP cataloge, you can buy it at the kiosk, but it's abit heavy metal orientated. If you like gothic partys, every so often they have huge gothic partys in the castle at thun. they are really great. they are in the rittersaal. hope i could help a bit.

yea....i puzzle stuff together, sew a little bit, too. but it would be nice to find some sorta half way decent stores. ^_^

i will still go to Kambriel.com....very well made, high quality clothing...not too much in the way of accessories tho. also sucks to have it shipped to my family in the US then to have it sent here...aah well, it's not the end of the world! ^_~

Only advise in this case from me would be to check with the Staff at "Werners Headshop" - they got stores in Langstrasse and Limmatquai, but probably limited - I'm sure the staff would know more...
