not going to get into gory details but I'm looking for a good laser tattoo removal place. I've googled but haven't been able to really find anywhere.
I thought maybe I could find someone here that may know of a reputable place to have this done.

What kind or removal were you looking at? Is it just the standard tribal/Chinese symbol everyone born between 1975 and 1985 seems to now have or does it involve colour?

I ask because my dermatologist (bit of a weird chap, mind, he's a "celebrity" doctor very much in the Nip/Tuck swing of things) seems to be having quite a bit of success with laser removal of black ink on fairly pale skin. Not sure about colour but I vaguely remember reading that some colours (possibly red and yellow) can't be lasered because it doesn't "see" them. Also, muuucho expensive, I'm waiting for the not-so-soo-to-come day where I have approx. CHF 1000 hanging around doing nothing to remove a tattoo that cost twenty quid to have done.

Some people have them cut out but you end up looking like a burns victim, the other alternative is having something prettier inked over it.

They do a lot of different laser treatments, it could be worthwhile
asking if they also remove tattoo's.

The dermatology department of the University Hospital Zürich have an excellent team and you can be sure that they are trained in the correct usage of the equipment. I used them for facial treatment (rosacea) and have every trust in them.
Naturally you will have to pay privately.

P.S the fee's were very reasonable.

Anybody knows how much it would cost for a tattoo laser removal? it's 4.5x2 in all green...

Does the skin look natural afterwards? or does it seem damaged?

My uncle does it back in Belgium and from the brochures I have seen, with the new treatments it is painless and removes everthing.

I see... in the US it would be around $1400 but one must go to several treatments so it has to be in CH.

Check - because green used to be a real issue ....

I thought red ink is the one color not removable. Havent tried but planning on some tattoo removal/enhancement too. Already found someone in germany. Recomended by a guy who beat my husband in a oriental backpiece category contest. Does it also require talent for tattoo removals?
