La Poste / Die Post - TRANSLATION ISSUE

Hi everyone,
I live in Suisse Romande and I don't speak any german. I have been looking for a job/internship/career options and offers in the swiss post (La Poste). So, there you have to create a personal account in order to access to jobs offers, put your own cv, etc. But here comes the problem... On the La poste/ Die Post website you can change the language sure but once you find yourself in the personal account you don't have language preferences. I have been translating every sentence and single word from german to french but since it is an entire different platform from the website you can't even click on the right button and translate the page from top to bottom. Thus, because it's not a webpage but a platform. It leaves me impatient because I can't understand half of it or find the idiom change. Is anyone there who have dealt with this conundrum?
This is really important so that i can see recruitments, internships, documents upload (cv, recomendations) in there, get answers etc.
It's very upsetting.

Re: La Poste / Die Post - TRANSLATION ISSUE

I would think that's very strange. Are you sure there's no setting in your account for language?

Anyway an easy way to check is simply not go into your account and just search their jobs section. I did a check for Vaud and got 4 vacancies - all of which are advertised in French. They give a reference number to quote when you apply online.

Are you using swisspost.ch website?

Yes, I'm afraid so.
THat's right and when I click in "postuler" in one job description it goes to the jobportal in german.
Yes, I am.
