Male Waxing in Zurich

Ok, so i've had a look through the post's, and there is a few for female waxing, BUT is there anyplace in Zurich - or close - that does male waxing (ie: south of the belt type)

Oh and a wee bit of english spoken there would be great, but not top of the list.

Re: Male Waxing in Zurich

Labo Spa on Talacker in Zurich have a wide selection of treatment for their male customers, and most of their staff speak English. I have a male friend whose girlfriend treated him to a massage and facial there, and he loved it.

You can find full details of their treatments (in English) at the following link:

Re: Male Waxing in Zurich

I would imagine that you could call and ask any of the waxing places if they do male waxing. Just cross your fingers and hope they speak and understand English well enough to know what you want.

A side story: A girlfriend of mine in the states did waxing for a nice salon at Saks 5th Avenue. She had a male customer book a waxing (everything between the upper thighs and belly button) and he could not finish the procedure, it appears that men might have a bit more sensitivity So if this is your first time, seriously consider it before you do it. If it isn t the first time. . . bravo

Poor bloke. Years ago my wife convinced me to let her wax my face with one of those home waxing kits. While it hurt a bit (the half-bottle of JD I consumed beforehand probably helped there ), and the up-front results weren't especially better than a good razor (albeit better than an electric shaver), the bonus was that it lasted a *lot* longer. It's a bit hazy now, but I seem to recall not having to shave again for a couple of _weeks_ at least. Usually I need to shave every day with the 'leccy (or every second with a "real" razor).

These days I just go with "stylish stubble" and trim it with the hair clippers every week or two .
