Does anyone know if there is a spa/wellness type place with an outdoor pool pretty views not far from the zurich region?

I am thinking of relaxing in a warm outdoor pool while surrounded by snow and mountains...

the option to go indoors to a steam room would be pretty good too, but outdoor pool is the most important part of my dream fo the weekend!
is there such a place?

I've been to pool at Zurzach, this is a heated pool which also has an outdoor section. Unfortunately no views. I recall Gav saying something about an outdoor pool once, maybe he knows.

There is an outdoor pool somewhere the silver coast side opposite Rapperswil... Excellent views etc

also look at www.panoramaresort.ch, they might have something there....

If you are prepared to drive for an hour or so, I highly recommend the Tamina Spa in Bad Ragaz. The outdoor thermal is great, with fantastic views over to the Maienfelderalpen (Heidiland). I don't think the pool itself is very expensive, but the fivestar hotel nearby is.

hey thankyou for your suggestions, hope to check one of them out, unless the predicted storm actually arives, then maybe an outdoor pool would not be so nice!

fact: they close the outdoor pools at Alpamare when there is lightening. Shame that, as it'd be a good place to watch the storm...! I have pretty much the same view from my house btw shall I get a hottub?
