There's a great bar/pub in Mendrisio, called Matag, close by the university... plenty of good bottled microbrews.
Beer is great at the Osteria Dolfini in the vicinity of the Agno ariport, direction Mann / Lugano Nord. They brew their own stuff, and it is excellent.
The Birraria place, right close to the Foxtown mall brews it's own suds - nothing spectacular, but way better than Heineken

I'll think of some other places....

and what about the job like in restaurant in enlish related job in lugano city

They speak Italian. Here's some information about English in Ticino:

How many people in Switzerland can speak English?

I assume Italian is required in the service industry except if there is a pub in Lugano maybe.
