Re: Buying Indian Products

reminds me of this advert many indians would remember growing up with

"vicco turmeric..nahi cosmetic..victo turmeric ayurvedic cream"..

There products nevertheless are really good. ( a bit pricy aint they though!?)

I think it will be difficult to find them here mate..You could ask someone to fetch them for you from India..You will get a much better price there as well..I am not going anytime soon but will keep an eye open for you..

Re: Buying Indian Products

Hi Jamie
There's a great foodie thread here called "ethnic grocery stores" that lists the 2 stores I'm about to mention and a whole lot more,so you are better off looking for it but eh, here are two stores that I know of.
Aggarwal Foods is a mostly Indian store on the Langstrasse, towards the south end and then there is a little Indian store on Beckenhof, just North of the Stampfenbach intersection.
Good Luck!
Leyla

I am pretty sure that you can get Vicco in Aggarwals...I remember seeing it there...it might be a bit pricey though

Re: Buying Indian Products

There are two big Aggrawals shops in Bern which are open even on Sundays. I think you will find it there.
