Help me, plse...I am so so new at this. My daughter got a Nintendo DS Lite a few days ago with games (bought in CH)..
My question:
Can we buy her games from the East? Will it play ..or is there some type of coding on it?

I bought Nintendo DS games from the US and they worked OK on my Swiss-bought Nintendo DS, so I guess you can buy games from the East or West and they should work OK...maybe even the North and South too

I have a DS, I bought games in CH, GB and USA and all work with no problems.

Your DS isn't region coded like a dvd player so will play games from all over the world. It just depends on whether the game you buy will be in the language you speak or not....
