Dryer sheets and bar soap

My two stupid questions for today. I have looked and cannot find fabric softener sheets for the dryer nor can I find deodorant bar soap.

My husband likes bar soap like Dial, Irish Spring, Coast, etc. and all we can find is "beauty bars" like Dove or ones that have olive oil in them. He is freaking. Every morning for the past 7 mornings. If I have to hear him swearing in the bathroom one more morning I think I may be forced to do something unsavory.

Also, dryer sheets. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and, if you do, have you been able to find them?

Thanks from your local idiot.

He can continue freaking, you'll never find those soaps here. Tell him to use the dove though as it will prevent the hard water from turning his skin into dried flakes of dust.
As for the dryer sheets, Coop and Migros by the laundry detergent, look for the small boxes, blue or yellow.

I think I have seen American-brand dryer sheets and soap on this site before:

You won't find anything like Dial or Irish Springs here, I think. Body Shop has a nice mild one I use. Manufactum also has some cool stuff:

If he wants something more like a deodorant, why not go to a cosmetics counter where they sell nice mens stuff like Clarins and ask if they have perfumed soap.

Migros have Comfort tumble dryer sheets but you'll probably need a 2M or 3M.

Deodorant soap, just about all I've seen is Palmolive but I think that Migros have an own brand that might fit the bill.

For bar soap try Sibonet - you can find it in co-op.

Dryer sheets - comfort & lenor in small boxes by the fabric softners in co-op too!

Bartholomew, I think it is quite possible that you have saved my sanity. That website afoodave.com is orgasmic. I actually have no idea yet what the s**t costs but whatever it is, it's bound to be cheaper than Prozac. I owe you a drink or two if we ever meet.

Cheers!

Re: Dryer sheets and bar soap

Manor has (had?) Fa bar soap that's even green and white, similar to the colors of Irish Spring. Coop used to carry it also, but I haven't seen it there for a while.

Mainly because, after 7 years here, I finally got my husband to change to liquid soap.
